Gwen is a Life Coach and Facilitator with over 25 years experience in helping people achieve their Personal, Professional & Relationship Goals One Conversation at a Time!

In 1995, Gwen began One Conversation Coaching & Facilitation, offering her services to Individuals, Couples, Families and Organizations. She works either one-on-one, or develops programs tailored to the client’s needs such as her recent Empower ME Seminar Series and Relationship Boot Camps. In addition to her private practice, Gwen is the Mentorship Advisor and Facilitator for the Women in Leadership Foundation as well as a Seminar Facilitator for the YWCA’s ‘Connect to Success’ and ‘Single Mothers’ Programs. She has been the Head Coach & Team Facilitator for Women In Film’s ‘Flash Forward Program’ and a Retreat Facilitator for the Vancouver Asian Heritage Month Society.

Gwen teaches a Communication Series and Public Speaking Courses with Continuing Education at the Vancouver School Board. In addition, Gwen was the recipient of a ‘Toastmaster of The Year’ Award and has been a Keynote Speaker for such Organizations as the University of British Columbia’s Society of Canadian Women in Science and Technology, the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Mental Health Association and Vancouver Women in Film.

Gwen began her career in Social Work, mostly focusing on ‘Youth at Risk’ and their families in the Alberta Prison System. She trained as a Counselor with a Social Services Diploma at Mount Royal College and is a certified Life Skills Coach from Grant McEwen College.
