Bridge for Health has developed a Wellbeing @ Work Model that highlights six business practice areas and various examples to promote wellbeing in business, that are aligned with corporate social and environmental responsible practices.
Research and Consulting
We are using this framework as an assessment tool to offer research & consulting services to support businesses assess their current practices and measure the impact of their various strategies and programs, on employee and community health and well-being.
We tested this model with Empower Health, a multi-disciplinary health and wellness clinic in Vancouver.
As of June 2016, Bridge for Health offers Wellbeing @ Work Innovation Labs to support the design of healthy workplaces, using systems thinking and a rapid prototyping model to spark some creativity to identify common wellbeing/health challenges and solutions in the workplace setting.
We piloted the labs in 2016 with Surrey Board of Trade members to refine our model. In 2017, we are working with a leader in Brazil on occupational health & safety in the manufacturing industry.
