Jennifer Wile has been a librarian for almost 20 years and has recently completed an MBA (SFU). She has a Bachelor’s in Art History (UBC) and a Master’s in Library Science (McGill). She works for Surrey Libraries as Manager of Information Services. Her goal is to improve information access for communities as well as to find ways that community members can create and learn online. Passionate about customer service and management, she considers public library services to be an integral part of public health. She has also worked in academic and museum libraries. She values collaboration, life-long learning, service, productive relationships, and the inevitability of change along with its opportunities to innovate.
